[lastfm]Danny Gokey[/lastfm] credits his dad with his love for music. His dad was kinda the pied piper, but his instrument was a guitar.
Danny says there were six children in the Gokey household growing up, and his dad used to have to coax the kids into doing certain things. Things kids sometimes don’t want to do like going to bed or taking a bath, Danny say his dad would pull out his guitar, make up a song, and make it fun for the kids to do what he wanted them to do.
