Frank Kelly, founder of the Victorville-based No Drugs America Association, describes the simultaneous events taking place in Hook Park in Victorville and the San Bernardino County Government Center in Hesperia on March 19^th, to give kids and their parents drug prevention information. There will also be other activities to encourage children to play outdoors and to spend quality time with their parents, which also discourages drug use. Mr. Kelly explains the slogan of No Drugs America, “Say It Loud, I Need No Drugs,” and how they teach children what to do when someone approaches them and urges them to take illegal drugs.
