THE TUTU BURGLAR

San Diego police said a man arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a church was wearing a tutu and purple tights with his genitals exposed.  Investigators said officers responded to the Palisades Presbyterian Church on Birchwood Street around 4 a.m. on a report of suspicious activity and arrested a man wearing a white T-shirt, a tutu and purple tights with his genitals exposed.  Police said a pickup truck parked nearby was loaded with electronics, musical instruments and other items from the church.
