San Diego was geared up for their annual Big Bay Boom firework celebration or at least they thought they were.
The Big Bay Boom is billed as one of the largest firework shows in the country and yesterday (July 4th) it was, but only for about 15 seconds. A technical glitch caused all the fireworks to go off at once. The show was supposed to last for 18 minutes and instead it lasted for close to 15 seconds.
