On Saturday morning, February 2^nd, 2013 the Chino Police Officers’ Association will be hosting their 13th annual “Run For Russ” 5K Run and Community Walk. This event serves as a tribute to honor the memory of fallen Police Officer Russ Miller who was killed in the line of duty by a drunk driver on February 1, 2000.

The Chino Police Officer’s Association are expecting over 1,000 participants this year and would like to invite you and all of the KFROG family to participate in this event. This is a quality, affordable, family friendly event for the entire community. It’s also an outstanding team building event as demonstrated by the several law enforcement academies that participate annually. All proceeds from the event go toward the Russ Miller Memorial Foundation.

Russ Miller Memorial 5K Run and Community Walk will be held at the Chino Civic Center at 13250 Central Ave in Chino.

REGISTRATION FEES:
$25 early registration / $30 after January 27th / $20 for groups of 15+
Registration includes event t-shirt, water, snacks and a pancake breakfast provided by the Chino Kiwanis Club.

EVENT DETAILS:
Registration / Check-in: 6:45-7:45 a.m.
5K Start Time: 8:00 a.m.

AWARDS:
Top 3 in each age group
Male and female overall winners

COURSE DETAILS:
The start / finish line is at the Chino Civic Center. This is a
flat, smooth course that takes participants past the Russ Miller
Memorial site on Schaefer Avenue. There are water stations on
the course and times given at each mile. Please NO BIKES,
ROLLERBLADES or SCOOTERS on the course.
