The Frogmen in the Morning caught up with Al Kovach, the National Senior Vice President of Paralyzed Veterans of America, to talk about his involvement with the organization and how his accident has changed his life.

Al Kovach was a Navy Seal when he had an unfortunate parachute accident and broke his neck. After the accident and bonding with his unit he became involved in Paralyzed Veterans of America. Al Kovach is a true example of the human spirit. Prior to his accident he was an amazing athlete and he still continues to pursue athletic dreams. Al talked about his activities and his involvement in his interview below.
