A 101 year old man retires from long distance running. Plus scientists find a huge goldfish!
OLD MAN RETIRES FROM LONG DISTANCE RUNNING
The “Turbaned Tornado” has retired from long distance running at the age of 101. Faujua Singh a.k.a the “Turbaned Tornado” had started long distance running when he was 89 years old. CNN reported that Singh competed in a 6.2 mile race over the weekend that would be his final race. For his final race Singh shaved 4 minutes off his time from last year and ended the event with a time of 32 minutes and 28 seconds.
MONSTER GOLDFISH
Scientists found a monster gold fish in Lake Tahoe while they were looking for invasive species. The monster fish was 4.2 pounds and a bright red color. The scientists actually found 15 goldfish in one corner of Lake Tahoe and they believe they came from people dumping their pets in the lake.
