Sam Hunt was one of the most anticipated artists for Stagecoach 2016 and he put on a performance for the ages.
The Georgia native kicked off the night with the song that launched his career, “Leave The Night On.” He took a moment to acknowledge the crowd received an uproar of cheers from the crowd after asking who here is from California.
He continued his set with plenty of songs from his debut album Montevello, with “Ex To See,” “Raised On It” and “Saturday Night.”
Sam showed of his R&B stylings when he did a mashup of “Single For The Summer” and Drake’s “Marvin’s Room.” He then went on to continue his R&B jam sesh with “Take Your Time.”
Then it was time for the big surprise. Hours prior to the start of Stagecoach this weekend, Bud Light had announced that Hunt would be joined with a special surprise guest.
Hunt rallied the crowd and introduced G-Eazy and Bebe Rexha as they performed their hit song, “Me Myself and I.”
Just when you thought the surprises were over, Hunt came back on stage and showed some California love by bringing out Snoop Dogg. With his blinded out microphone, Snoop came out singing “Next Episode”and “Drop It Like It’s Hot.”
Then all of the artists took the stage for Hunt’s upbeat jam, “House Party” and a major sing-a-long in Indio broke out.
It was truly a performance for the ages and won’t be forgotten anytime soon, considering they all took a mega selfie with the crowd.
