Dierks Bentley Talks About Visiting A Nude Beach And Opening A Whiskey Row In Southern California [INTERVIEW]

Dierks Bentley has so much going on with his new album, Black, current tour, and his own restaurants. We got to catch up with him about all of it.

Dierks’ new album, Black, hits stores on Friday and he said he tried really hard to make sure it was a complete album. He struggled with releasing “Somewhere On A Beach” as his first song off of the project. Now looking back on it, he’s happy with his decision, because the song is a hit. He also noted it’s fun to play in concert.

The video might remind you of “Drunk On A Plane”. Dierks admitted that he didn’t realize the songs were so similar until someone pointed it out to him. He said after seeing the connection they changed the concept for the music video. Speaking of beaches, Dierks said that one of his favorite beaches was Mission Beach until he visited it. It’s a nude beach!

Dierks just kicked off his┬átour with Randy Houser, Cam, And Tucker Beathard. He’s already posted some crazy pictures from the stage. He said he tries to keep all the shenanigans on stage, but occasionally thing get crazy in the crowd.
