Jason Aldean Talks About Playing K-Frog’s Summer Show And What You Can Expect [INTERVIEW]

Jason Aldean is out on his Six String Circus tour and he’ll be coming our way in August! Check out what he has to say about his opening acts (Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses), getting in shape, and always having a makeup artist on hand.

K-FROG presents Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett, and A Thousand Horses at the San Manuel Amphitheater August 14th! Jason’s live shows are always high energy and he says he owes that to watching MTV music videos. He said he likes to mix different types of music like country and rock. Jason is guaranteed to rock and then add in Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses and the show will be one to remember. Jason said he picked Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses, because he looks for acts that are going to pop while out on tour.

Jason recently performed on the CMT Music Awards and many people noticed that he’s toned up. Jason admitted that he’s been working out, especially on the road. He said he’s getting ready to turn 40 and his metabolism has slowed down. Him and Thomas Rhett have a trainer on the road to make sure he stays in shape.

Jason also has a makeup artist on the road with him. Not to make sure his skin stays flawless though. His wife is a makeup artist. He told us that she teases him, because he has really great skin.
