Writing your name wrong on the cup is one thing, but not filling your drink to the brim is way more upsetting.
Two Starbucks customers have decided to take action by filing a lawsuit against the coffee giant for short-changing their customers and under-filling their lattes.
According to Reuters, U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson says the plaintiffs may seek damages against Starbucks for fraud and false advertising. They believe the company cheats customers by serving lattes that are 25% too small.
This hasn’t been the only time this year that Starbucks has had to deal with a lawsuit. In May, a Chicago woman filed a lawsuit over the baristas putting too much ice in the iced coffee.
Starbucks spokeswoman, Jamie Riley, stated that lawsuit was “without merit” and that customers can always ask for light ice.
