A Thousand Horses Got the Party Started at San Manuel Amphitheater

It was the show of the summer Sunday night (8/14) with K-Frog Presents Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett and the boys that got the party started, A Thousand Horses.

Lead by lead vocalist, Michael Hobby, the horses were all business as they heated things up on the already hot, summer night.

The country-rock group played a half-hour set featuring a handful of ballads from their 2015 album, Southernality.

They mixed in some new songs along with a few covers, but hits like “(This Ain’t No) Drunk Dial” and their first No. 1 single “Smoke” were total crowd pleasers.

These guys need to be seen live to be fully appreciated and they were the perfect choice to bat leadoff for the Six String Circus Tour.
