Power Outage Ruins Over 300 Frozen Turkeys, Victor Valley Rescue Mission Needs Your Donations

The Victor Valley Rescue Mission is in much need of your help. The holidays are a tough time for families and individuals who don’t have a place to call home, a place to call their own. You can help.

Due to a recent power outage, the Victor Valley Rescue Mission Turkey lost over 300 frozen turkeys and they desperately need the help of the community to replenish their turkey supply in time for Thanksgiving to feed the homeless.

Not only are turkeys needed, but also other food items such as stuffing, instant mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pies, gravy, etc. are all needed to help those less fortunate have a nice holiday meal.

You can donate food and even give a monetary donation by texting @RMA space #vvrm space and the desired amount to 52014.

To donate and to get more details call 760-955-5958 or visit www.vvrescuemission.org.
