The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed a deputy-involved shooting took place this morning, Tuesday, November 15th, near a county administrative center in Temecula.
A Riverside County Sheriff’s spokesperson said the shooting happened a bit after 10:30 a.m. near the Temecula Courthouse at County Center Drive and Ynez Road.
The Press Enterprise reports the deputy was not shot, however a sheriff’s spokesman didn’t know whether any other injuries were sustained by the deputy involved.
