Riverside police were busy Monday investigating three separate drive by shooting incidents that happened Sunday night.
CBS Los Angeles reports the first shooting was reported Sunday evening in the 4700 block of Park Avenue, at about 8:21 p.m.
According to Riverside police, a dark colored vehicle reportedly drove by the residence and shot two rounds and two people who were standing outside.
Both shooting victims were taken to a hospital, and at last check were listed in stable condition.
About a half-hour later, there was a second shooting that happened in the area of Jurupa Avenue and Correll Street.
In a preliminary investigation it appears a person who was standing near the intersection was shot by someone driving by in dark colored vehicle.
The victim of the second drive by shooting was taken to a hospital by his friend. He was listed in critical, yet stable condition.
Then just after 11 p.m. there was a third shooting that occurred in the 6400 block of Chadbourne Avenue. That’s where police found the third victim lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound in the abdomen.
The third shooting victim was also transported to a hospital, and at last check was reported to be in stable condition. The suspects were reportedly seen driving away from the scene in a white SUV.
As of now there aren’t any other descriptions of the suspects provided.
According to police they don’t believe any of the shootings to be related to each other.
