Chef Sal Describes The 9th Annual Pechanga Wine And Chocolate Decadence [INTERVIEW]

Pechanga Resort and Casino┬áhas something perfect for Valentine’s Day. Celebrate at the 9th Annual Pechanga Wine Festival and Chocolate Decadence.

 

Chef Sal, an Assistant Executive Pastry Chef, stopped by the K-Frog Studio to give us a sneak peek of what’s going on this weekend. The Pechanga Bakery will be making over 50,000 delicious pastries for the event, as well as numerous delicious plates of gourmet food.

 

The Festival is broke into 2 days, Friday features wine and gourmet chocolate and then on Saturday it’s all about the wine and gourmet food. Here are a couple of the sample chocolates that Chef Sal brought:
