Country Artists Who Should Perform The National Anthem During The Stanley Cup Finals

The talent in Nashville has definitely been on display during the NHL playoffs. As the Predators head into the finals, here’s a list of country artists who should take the ice for the National Anthem.

The Stanley Cup Finals will kick off on Monday May 29th. The Predators competition has not yet been decided. They’ll take on either the Pittsburg Penguins or Ottawa Senators. Out of the 7 games, there’s a chance of 4 home games. Here are my top 5 picks.

5. Tim McGraw

His song “I Like It I Love It” is an anthem for the Predators. So why not get the party started before the game.

4. Jason Aldean

Even with a baby on the way, Jason and wife Brittany have been there to cheer on Smashville.

3. Thomas Rhett

Thomas and his wife Lauren, just adopted their daughter Willa, but still managed a mommy and daddy date night at the game.

2. Garth Brooks

His wife, Trisha Yearwood, performed the National Anthem before Game 7 of playoffs.

1. Dierks Bentley

He’s a huge hockey fan.Β In fact, he talked to us about performing the National Anthem at Stagecoach. Take a listen to it HERE.Β

Can't talk but I can raise my fist and stomp my feet and make some noise for our boys! #GoPreds. #voicerest
