Men Found Asleep In Truck With 2 Yr-Old Girl, Needles & Knives Inside

Police officers in Murrieta have arrested two men who were found asleep in a truck with a two year-old girl, knives and uncapped hypodermic needles.

The Press Enterprise reports that according to online jail records, 30 year-old Jesse Dean Ralls, who is the little girls father, and 22 year-old Victor Torres, were arrested on various charges including, suspicion of providing a false identity, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and child endangerment.

According to a news release from Murrieta police, on Saturday, June 3rd, just before 11:30 a.m. police responded to the 24800 block of Hancock Avenue after getting a call that reported two men were passed out in a running truck.

Reportedly, when police arrived they found the 2 year-old girl crawling around inside the truck as the two men slept. The release says that when police searched the vehicle they found knives, needles, stolen mail, blank checks, fake checks, a forged U.S. passport, computer, printer and other items.
